1. What we collect
- Your email and hashed password (via Supabase Auth).
- Academy / club name and logo you upload in Settings.
- Player and team data you enter (name, age, position, stats).
- Match videos and scene images you upload.
- Match plans, reports, comparisons, training sessions, and lineups.
- Limited technical data: IP, browser type, and error logs used for operations.
2. Why we collect it
We use your data only to: (a) operate your account and sign-in; (b) generate AI reports and analyses; (c) store your work securely; (d) improve service quality and troubleshoot. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Third-party subprocessors
We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and storage.
- Anthropic — AI model that processes your text to generate analysis.
- Vercel — application hosting and compute.
- API-Football — reference player/league data (we do not send your data to them).
4. AI processing
Text you submit for report generation is processed through Anthropic. Under our agreement with them, your data is not used to train their models. Model outputs are stored in our database tied only to your account.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings, personal data is removed within 30 days, including from primary backups (excluding what law requires us to keep).
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication, language preference, and branding. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of these you can exercise directly inside the app. For other requests, email veqo.app@gmail.com.
8. Minors
If you upload data about minor players (under 18), you are responsible for obtaining guardian or governing-body consent. We do not accept account sign-ups by anyone under 18 without supervision.
9. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed. Database access is protected by row-level security so one coach cannot see another coach’s data.
10. Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
