1. Acceptance
By using Veqo Coach (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (club, academy, federation), you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you must comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful or abusive content; (b) attempt to break or overload our infrastructure; (c) resell raw AI outputs as a standalone product without written permission; (d) process data about minor players without the required guardian or governing-body consent.
5. Content and data ownership
All data you enter (reports, videos, plans, logos, player names) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the Service (storage, AI processing, PDF generation). We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
6. AI output
Analyses and recommendations produced by the Service are automatically generated by an AI model. They may contain errors or inaccurate estimates and should be treated as a coaching aid, not a replacement for human judgment. You are solely responsible for any sporting or contractual decision you make based on these outputs.
7. Fees and billing
Some features are free and others are paid. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 14 days’ notice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; deletion completes within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor 100% accuracy of AI output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
